Hemel company introduces a new attractive offer CENTER FOR HEALTHY LIVING in Zlatibor, which includes a complex of hotels and apartments with state of the art wellness programs, fitness, detoxification and anti-stress rehabilitation.
It is a "wind rose" name of Hemels "Center for a healthy life," which consists of the hotel (five stars, only on Zlatibor) complexes and apartments in different buildings. A number of apartments is intended for sale, while others are used for additional facilities in function of the Center.

Apartments are also intended for renting in the function of the Center. They are located in different buildings system (additional houses) spread over the hotel. Owner, if wish, after the purchase, can delegate owned apartment to hotel agency for renting throughout the year, without his involvement. Namely, the capacity of the hotel is only 50 beds and the capacity of the content of the complex is 270 persons per day, so that the difference be completed by rental apartments. This means apartments can be rented constant regardless of the period and season, and that apartment owners can count on an excellent income in relation to the invested funds.
